Connect and manage Facebook Messenger

Open Settings > Integrations > Facebook Messenger. You need Integrations permission and a plan that includes this capability.

Connect and check

Connect account opens a provider window. Authorize only the appropriate account and resources, complete the provider's process, then return to FROGED and click Refresh status to check the result. If the browser blocks the window, allow popups from FROGED and open it again.

Review each entry and its status. Identify the page or account by the displayed name; an expired authorization cannot be reactivated simply with the toggle. Run a controlled test to verify the specific event or message you need; a visible connection does not prove that all actions are synchronized.

Pause or remove a connection

Disabling an entry is different from disconnecting it. Reactivation checks the plan capability and, where applicable, whether authorization has expired.

Disconnecting requires confirmation. Review which processes depend on that entry before removing it. If you need help, provide the workspace, affected entry and error message; do not share tokens or credentials.

Provider permissions and steps may vary by account. Do not reuse this procedure as a WhatsApp with Meta guide: WhatsApp continues to use Twilio.
