Open Settings > Channels > SMS · Twilio to manage the Twilio connection. You need Integrations permission and the SMS capability in your plan.

For a new connection, prepare Account SID, Auth Token and at least one number enabled in Twilio. Enter each number with its international prefix, starting with + and without spaces, avoiding duplicates. Save and copy the incoming messages URL for this workspace from FROGED. Configure it in Twilio and check reception in a test environment.

Credentials and the URL containing verification data are sensitive. They must not appear in public examples or be reused across workspaces.

Existing connection

The screen lets you view numbers and copy the incoming URL. Editing an existing SMS connection is not available in this version; contact support if you need to change it. Do not disconnect a working service in an attempt to save a modification.

Disconnecting requires confirmation and interrupts reception, but does not delete Twilio numbers.

Channel configuration is separate from SMS campaigns, which remain temporarily available in the legacy interface.
