Manage blocked IP addresses and contacts

In Settings > Data > Blocks, you can manage blocked IP addresses and contacts. You need Data permission or administrator access.

To block an IP, click Block IP, enter a single IPv4 address and optionally add a reason of up to 100 characters. Save after checking the address and its scope. This screen does not support CIDR ranges or IPv6.

An IP block may affect different visitors who share that address, for example in an office. Do not treat it as a restriction on only one person.

The list lets you search, review the reason and edit the block. For entries linked to a contact, the contact identity cannot be replaced with an IP through the editor; Deleted contact may appear if the profile no longer exists.

To remove a restriction, select Unblock and confirm the exact entry. Do not confuse this process with removing an unsubscribe or spam entry in Email suppressions.
