Restore access to a workspace blocked by its subscription
If FROGED indicates that workspace access is blocked because of its subscription, first check that you have selected the correct workspace.
Export conversations to CSV
You can request a CSV file containing data about conversations created during a period and check the request status in the export history.
Manage API keys and webhooks
Open Settings > Developers > API keys with Developers permission. Creation also depends on your plan including API keys.
Configure allowed domains for the widget
Open Settings > Allowed domains to specify the sites where the widget can be used. This configuration requires workspace settings permission or administrator access.
