Label conversation

The labels of a conversation act as an attribute. Attributes are useful for quickly organizing and categorizing conversations, inbox and data reports.

To label a conversation you access the options menu at the top of the conversation and select one from the list. A conversation can have one, several or no labels.

Create, edit and delete conversation labels

Labels can be created, edited and deleted from the options menu within the conversation and from the actions in the inbox view associated with a label.

These functionalities can also be accessed from the inbox side menu in the label views.

A label is created with a short text and a colour for visual identification. When a label is created it is added to the list and side menu as a separate view of the inbox with the label filter applied.

Consult conversation's labels

If a conversation has labels, they appear on the last line of the card next to the team, if it has one as well. The labels have associated colours, while the team appears in grey with an icon.

Another way to view the labels is in the conversation details section. From this window you can modify the labels of the conversation, just like in the options menu.
