Group users by company

In FROGED, there are 2 types of contacts: users and companies. A company is a group of users that belong to the same organization. However, companies can be used for different purposes (businesses, customer portfolios, institutions, etc.) depending on how the customers are classified.

A user can belong to one or more companies, but one of them is considered the main or default company, marked with a verified icon.

Edit user's company in profile

In a user's profile, under the details tab, a card appears with the companies associated with the user. To add companies to the user, click the “+ Add” button and select the desired ones from the dropdown list. The first company selected is defined as the primary company.

Companies can be removed, and the user's primary company can be modified from the options menu on the right. Additionally, by clicking on the company's name or avatar, you can access its profile.

Edit user's company in inbox

The companies assigned to a user can not only be viewed in the user's profile but also in the details window of a conversation in the inbox. This window contains relevant information about the conversation and the client. In the client section, the attributes, companies, and notes are displayed.

In the companies section, you can edit the companies assigned to the user by clicking the “+” button and modify the primary company through the options menu on the right of each company.

View users that belong to a company

The full list of users belonging to a company can be viewed in the profile of each company under the users tab. The total number of users is displayed at the top along with the multiple options menu. From the list, users can be removed from the company via the options menu of each user.

In this view, you can also start a conversation with a user, several users, or even all members (if fewer than 20) by selecting the “Send message” option.
