Configure allowed domains for the widget

Open Settings > Allowed domains to specify the sites where the widget can be used. This configuration requires workspace settings permission or administrator access.

  1. Click Add domain.
  2. Enter only the domain, for example ejemplo.com, without https://, paths or wildcards.
  3. Save and check the widget on that site.

Add each domain separately. Localhost is also supported for development. Do not assume registering a domain automatically authorizes every subdomain.

You can search, edit or delete entries. Before deleting one, check which website uses it: the widget may stop working there.

Allowed domains are not the widget's per-page visibility rules, the help center's custom domain or an API authentication setting. If the widget does not appear, also review installation, visibility, device and workspace configuration.
