Google Meet
Add Google Meet integration to FROGED to make video calls with your customers. Video calls provide direct and close contact with people, and are useful for making presentations or tutorials to customers.
In integrations view in settings you will find card to install Google Meet. Just select ‘Install’ button and log in with a Google account. Each agent must install this application with their own Google account to make video calls from inbox.

Once application is installed, video calls are added to conversations from a button at bottom of answer field.
Set up Google Meet integration
When the Google Meet application is installed, a settings button appears on the card to change the app's settings.
You can change Google account connected to integration. Selecting 'Change Google account' button opens a window to sign in with another Google account.
When integration is connected, a new calendar associated with FROGED is created where video calls are hosted. However, calendar can be changed to another Google account calendar. Some Google calendars such as Birthdays or Tasks have restrictions with other applications, so they are not listed.
Also, maximum duration of video calls can be configured, with maximum allowed being 60 minutes.

Remove Google Meet integration
From settings, you can remove integration with Google Meet by clicking on ‘Remove integration’ button at the top.
