Assign owner to a company
A company can have an owner agent, meaning a reference agent for any action or communication. It is not mandatory.
The owner agent of a company can be edited in the profile. If an agent is already assigned, you can change it to another agent or remove it from the options menu on the right.
The implications of owner agents in a company are:
- Auto-assigning conversations from the company to the owner agent.
- Depending on the permissions, an owner agent only sees the metrics for their companies.
