Introduction to FROGED campaigns
Send mass messages to your customers thanks to FROGED campaigns. They can be used to communicate news, send promotions, increase sales...
The campaigns are located in the third icon of the side menu:

Create a campaign
To create a campaign, click on the ‘+’ or ‘+ Create campaign’ button at the top and choose the channel.
You can create campaigns through 3 channels:
- SMS

Campaigns overview
The first campaign view provides an overview of the performance of sent campaigns, the templates used in the communications and the most recent campaigns. In each section, the detailed view can be accessed by clicking on the ‘view all’ button.
List of campaigns
The second tab of the menu provides access to the complete list of all the campaigns in the workspace. You can perform a quick search with the search engine by campaign name and content, or filter by channel, status and tag.
Campaign labels are an optional element that can be used to classify campaigns according to audience, target, message type...
Campaigns have 3 available statuses and are configured in the last step of their creation:
- Sent: campaigns that have already been sent
- Scheduled: campaigns that are scheduled to be sent at a specific date and time.
- Drafts: campaigns in progress that have not been finalised or approved for sending.

Each campaign has a quick action menu on the right side with options such as edit, duplicate, delete, download CSV...

One click on each campaign opens all the information in 4 views: summary, content, audience and reports. Scroll through all the views to get a complete analysis of what type of communication it is, who it is sent to and what events are recorded as a result of the campaign.
When a campaign is sent, you can download a CSV file with the audience data and the events recorded in the top button ‘Download report’.

List of campaign templates
The third tab of the menu provides access to the list of all campaign templates. At the top, you can search for a template by name and content, or filter by channel and tags.
Each channel needs a different template format, so when creating a new template you must choose the channel by clicking on the ‘+ Create template’ button.

The templates have a quick action menu that appears when you are on the card on the right with options such as edit, duplicate, delete, apply to a campaign... In addition, clicking on a template opens a preview of the content in a side window.
