Send an email campaign
Thanks to FROGED email campaigns you can send mass communications to your customers with information about your business, promotions, news... Get the most out of email campaigns with the help of templates. These allow you to standardize patterns and designs for communications, speed up the campaign editing process, share models with the whole team...
To start an email campaign select the create campaign button in the campaigns section and choose the email channel. The process to create an email campaign is very simple:

- Select audienceIn the first step, you choose the contacts who will receive the campaign. At the top, you select a sender agent for the campaign and one of available segments.
The users who receive the campaign are those who belong to the selected segment, have saved an email and have not checked the unsubscribed option. - Customize contentIn the second step, you customize the content of the campaign. You can start from a scratch or choose an existing template.
- If you choose a template, you can modify the content and information to suit the needs of the campaign.
- If you start from scratch, you can save the design you create as a template for use in future campaigns.
To check that the email has the desired content and layout, you can send a test email at this step to the email address of your choice.
- Complete detailsIn the third step, complete the campaign details:
- Add a name, and optionally, assign a label to categorise the campaign
- Add the subject of the email according to the content and information of the campaign
- Select the email of the sender of the campaign where the replies from the customers will be received: personal email or internal FROGED email
Finally, configure the type of sending of the campaign among 3 options:
- Save campaign as draft
- Schedule sending of campaign for a specific date and time
- Send campaign now

Edit a campaign
Campaigns that are in draft or scheduled for sending can be edited because they have not yet been sent to customers. To do this, go to the campaign options menu and click on edit. You can modify the data of the 3 steps: audience, content and details.

If you want to modify the sending status of a campaign, in the same menu there are direct actions to send the campaign immediately and to schedule the sending with date and time.

To delete a campaign, regardless of its status, select the delete option from the menu. Remember that if you delete campaigns already sent to customers, you will lose performance data and results, and will not be able to recover them.
Duplicate a campaign
If you want to reuse a campaign sent to another customer segment for example, you can duplicate the campaign and modify the data necessary for sending.
A campaign is duplicated in the duplicate option of the options menu. The new campaign appears in the list immediately with the same name and the number of the duplicate (1).

Review campaign content
In the content tab within each campaign, you can preview the content according to the device: computer, tablet, mobile. This can be useful to review the content and design before sending a campaign or to check the content when it has already been sent, sometimes the name or the sender is not enough to identify a campaign.
On the left hand side, relevant campaign information is collected:
- Agent sending the email
- Sending agent's email where campaign replies are received
- Email subject

Download campaign report
When an email campaign is sent, email events are logged based on the audience.
In the list of all campaigns, a summary of the main metrics is displayed when they are sent. However, the last tab reports all the results and performance graphs of the sent campaigns.
To download a report with the data and results of the campaign, you can select the option download report in CSV from the options menu or the download report button on the campaign page.
