Create an email campaign template
When sending a communication to customers through FROGED's email campaigns, templates can be used. This element helps to create design patterns and structure in email communications for consistency and brand stability.
A new template is created from the list by clicking on the create template button in the right hand corner, and then selecting the email channel.

- Customize contentDesign the template by dragging the elements on the right of the preview: title, text, image, video... You can also modify the orientation of the blocks and the visual style of the content to create coherence with the brand's colors and typography.
To customize each template according to the customer receiving the campaign, it is recommended to use the user attributes. In email templates, these are called merge tags and can use contact or agent information.
- Add nameName the template and add an optional tag to identify the template in the listings.
Another way to create a new email template is during the process of editing the content of a campaign. If you don't have the template you need when customising the content, you can edit the content and save it as a new template for future campaigns without exiting the process. To do this, click the save as template button and give it a name.
Search email campaign templates
In the section of all templates for FROGED campaigns, you can filter by email channel to display only those for this channel. In addition, the search engine allows you to enter text from the template name or content to speed up the search.
Edit email templates
To view the content and information of the templates, click on it to open the side preview window.
In the options you can edit, duplicate, tag and delete templates. Use these quick actions to set up the email templates you need for your communications, this streamlines and standardises processes.
In addition, if you select the apply template option in a campaign, the email campaign is launched with the chosen design.
