Manage call history

From the FROGED call component, you can access a complete call log. This list allows you to view all incoming and outgoing calls, sorted from most recent to oldest.

 

The list offers advanced search options by applying call type filters: incoming, outgoing, missed, and transferred. This way, you can focus on specific calls, such as returning missed customer calls.


 

Calls are recorded with date, time, name of customer, name of agent handling call and duration of call (when call is answered). Each call opens a menu of options that allows you to listen to call recording, open conversation in inbox, call customer and download audio and transcript of call.

 



Download call history

In the FROGED voice call report you can download a CSV file with the call history for a given date range. This document allows you to obtain more specific data about the calls: date, time, type of call, duration, answer (yes/no), contact name, agent name, contact phone, agent phone (ws), CSAT, contact ID, conversation ID and agent ID.
