Monitor live calls
FROGED provides the best tool for tracking and listening to voice calls. You can access the real-time call list and join the one you want.


Once inside the call there are 2 options: to be a listener or to join as a participant. When joining a call as a participant, the commands of other participants, the customer and the agent are visible, and the agent's own commands appear at the bottom. With a click on the ‘exit’ button, the agent leaves the call and stops monitoring while the call continues.

This feature offers multiple possibilities: tracking an agent's training, identifying potential friction points when a call is prolonged, and assisting other agents in resolving complex conversations...
