Edit contact information
FROGED has two types of contacts: users and companies. Each contact has a profile associated with all their information and activity logs.
The quickest way to access a contact's profile is by clicking on their name or avatar, but you can also access it from the contacts view via the options menu on each row.

Edit user profile
A user’s profile displays information related to the client and their conversations. Some data is automatically filled during agent activity, while others can be manually edited.
The data that auto-fills includes:
- Avatar
- Autocompleted attributes (dates, IP, language, NPS…)
- Segments
- Conversations
The data that can be manually edited includes:
- Attributes
- Companies
- Tags
- Notes

Attributes contain all types of information about the customer: name, email, city, country, language, etc. To edit information, click on it, and a text editor will appear, automatically saving changes when you stop editing. Not all attributes can be edited, as some are autocompleted.
In the attributes section, you can edit the visibility of the attributes that appear by default (collapsed) by using the “Edit visibility” button. Changes made here apply to the inbox, and vice versa.

The companies to which the user belongs are shown in the "Companies" section. You can edit the companies from the list that appears when you click the “+ Add” button. In the options menu for each company, you can modify the user’s main company association.

Labels are used to classify and segment users. They can be manually assigned or automatically applied when included in a flow or process.
In the “+ Add” button, you can modify the contact’s tag selection. Additionally, you can edit, delete, and create tags directly from the dropdown.

Notes are used to store important client information not covered by attributes. Any agent can post, edit, and delete notes.

Another way to edit customer information is in the inbox. Within a conversation, you can view and edit customer information in the details window.
Edit company profile
A company profile displays the company's information. Some data auto-fills, while others are manually edited.
The auto-filled data includes:
- Avatar
- Autocompleted attributes (dates)
- Segments
- Conversations
The manually editable data includes:
- Owner
- Attributes
- Tags
- Notes
- Users

A company can have an assigned owner, i.e., a reference agent for any communication. This can be edited from the options menu.

Attributes, labels, and notes for a company profile work the same as those in the user profile, as described above.
The users who are members of the company are listed under the "Users" tab. You can remove users from the company and start a conversation with one or more of them.
