If you need to send the same text message to several customers at the same time, you must select them in the table and select the send message option from the options menu at the top.







Send message from contacts
From the FROGED user table, you can quickly and easily start a conversation with one or more contacts.
To send a text message to a user, select the send message option from the menu on the right. If you need to call the user instead of sending a text message, the call option will also appear in the menu if the client has saved the phone number, otherwise it will be disabled.

When you select the send message option, either to one or more users, a window will open in which you should select the communication channel and add the message content. Below the text editor, there is a button for adding message templates to standardize communications, greetings, promotions, etc.
If the message is intended for more than one user, the recipients will appear at the top. You can delete users in the "x" one by one. To add more recipients, close the modal and edit the selection in the table.

The maximum number of users to whom a message can be sent from contacts is 20. To cover a larger number of recipients, it is necessary to use FROGED campaigns.
Send a message to a company
From the FROGED company table, you can start a conversation with multiple users at the same time. To send the same message to all users who are members of a company, select the send message option from the menu. This is only possible if the company has less than 20 users, otherwise it cannot use FROGED campaigns.

When the modal is opened, the selected audience is all users who are members of the company. At the top you can delete the "x" users if necessary.

Send a message by WhatsApp
The WhatsApp Business channel has special restrictions due to the type of communications and regulations; therefore, when selecting this channel, when sending messages to users or companies, only a template of the starter type existing in FROGED is allowed to be sent.
With a click on the editor, the list of templates is displayed to choose one as the content of the message. If you want to change the selection, click on the editor again to choose another one.

When you try to send a new WhatsApp message to a customer who already has an open conversation in the inbox, you will be prompted to choose whether to send the message or cancel it. Incomplete audience information
When selecting a user, multiple users or a company to send a message to from contacts, if some of the users in the audience do not have all the information attributes associated with the communication channels (email, phone number, WhatsApp number), an informational error will appear below when selecting the channel. In this case, you will need to review and complete each user's information in order to send the message.
