To change workspaces, click on the bottom of the side menu and select another one:

In FROGED, different workspaces can be created depending on the subscription. An agent can be a member of several workspaces and have the same profile across all of them. When an agent logs in, he/she accesses the last workspace in which he/she has been working.

Although the agent profile information is the same in all the spaces, the permissions of each agent are managed in the configuration of each space (Settings < General < Agents). In this way, an agent can be an administrator in one space and be a support agent in another.
