Change your work status
All agents who are members of a FROGED workspace have a status associated with their job. The status is modified manually by each agent in the avatar menu.
An agent can have 2 statuses:
- Active
- Offline

The status of an agent is quickly visualised by the colour of the dot on the avatar. It is important that each agent changes their status at the appropriate time to reflect their availability in the workspace.
When an agent is offline, it is considered unavailable to resolve conversations, so no new conversations are auto-assigned to it.

Check your status changes
If an agent needs to check their status changes, the agent can filter the activity log in their profile.

Difference between workspace and call status
An agent with voice call permissions not only has workspace status, but also has a status associated with calls.
If an agent is connected to the workspace he can have incoming calls on or off, but he will always be able to make outgoing calls.
