Set up your profile
An agent's profile is consistent across all the workspaces they belong to. In other words, the profile configuration is the same in all workspaces.
You can access your profile by clicking on the avatar in the top-right corner of the navigation bar.
Change your name and profile picture
In the first section of the profile you can edit your name in FROGED: write text and the changes are automatically saved. Choose a name that will help other agents to identify you easily.
On the left side, you can see your name and profile picture as it will be seen by other agents. To edit your photo, hover over the image and click to upload another one from your device. If you want to delete the photo, click on the bin.
Change your account email
If you need to change the email address associated with your FROGED account, you can request the change via the support chat by clicking on the Change email button. We will respond as soon as possible with instructions on how to update your email.
Change your account password
In your profile, you can change your password if you have forgotten it before logging out. Remember to change your password frequently to enhance the security of your account.
To change your password, click the Change password button and follow the link in a new window to reset it.
