Customize views
The omnichannel inbox of FROGED allows the creation of custom views to adapt the tool to the needs and workflows of agents and teams. These views are configured using filters, and their management depends on the role and permissions of each user within the workspace.

A custom view is created from the "all" inbox by applying filters. The filters are the same as those that can be manually applied in all views when performing a search:
- Sort by date
- Channel
- Assigned agent
- Teams
- Labels
- CSAT
Only agents in the space with the permission to manage views can access, create and delete custom views.
Create a custom view
There are two ways to create a custom view:
1. From the "+" button next to "Views" in the side menu, a new view is created from scratch. First, a name is added, and then the necessary filters are applied. By default, the filter for sorting by recent date is applied, but it can be reversed.


2. From the "Save as view" button in the filter modal, a view is created with the filters currently applied. You only need to add a name and save it.


To edit or delete an existing view, both options appear next to the view's name in the side menu.
