Set up your notifications
FROGED notifications are found in the top navigation bar in the bell. They are necessary so that agents do not miss out on what is happening in their workspaces: new conversations, mentions, new messages...
Remember that the configuration of your profile is transversal to all the workspaces of which you are a member.
In your profile you can change the notification settings to fit your needs:
- Choose if you want notifications with or without sound
- Choose how you receive your notifications: email, desktop or mobile
- Choose which notifications you want to receive
Changes made to notifications are saved in real time.
